UH SEED Standard Application Scholarships
A University of Hawai‘i scholarship site using a common on-line application for a number of scholarships with varying criteria. Awarding renewable USA Funds “Access to Education Scholarships” to qualified students nationwide. Applications available online. Deadline: March 1, 2006.
AmeriCorps HELP/Students in Service Program
Stipends awarded to students doing some kind of volunteer service as an AmeriCorps member and not receiving any payment. Students should meet eligibility criteria for AmeriCorps HELP program. For more information visit www.studentsinservice.org or email helphi@hawaii.edu.
Maui Scottish Rite of Freemasonary Foundation
Open to high school seniors or MCC students with scholastic achievement, extra curricular school activity, and community activity; has financial need. Deadline: March 31. Ten $1,000 awards. Applications at EOC and the Financial Aid Office.
Hawaii Community Foundation Vocational Education Scholarships
Hew-Shinn Scholarship Fund: Maui County residents attending school in HI or mainland US and enrolled in a vocational degree program.
Cluney, Clifton, & Hill Memorial Fund: Hawaii resident enrolled in a vocational education program in the UH-CC System.
Hawaiian Homes Commission Career & Technical Education Scholarship Fund: Native Hawaiian (50% or more Hawaiian ancestry) OR homestead lessee (at least 25% Hawaiian ancestry) enrolled in vocational programs in UH-CC system. Geneological verification required.

Hawaii Community Foundation Margaret Follett Haskins Scholarship Fund:
Maui Community College graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.0 at the time of graduation and plans to continue studies at a four-year University of Hawaii system school. Students continuing their studies in a distance education program leading to a bachelor's degree at Manoa or Hilo also qualify for this scholarship. Average Amount of Grant $3,000. Associated Chinese University Women, Inc.
Plan to attend or be currently enrolled in an accredited American university of 4-year college and be Chinese or part-Chinese, US citizen, and Hawaii resident with a minium 3.5 GPA. Applications at EOC and the Financial Aid Office. Deadline: Feb. 28, 2006.
The American Chemical Society Scholars Program
Undergraduate students interested in the chemical sciences with intent to transfer from two-year colleges to four -year colleges to pursue chemical science degrees. Kamehameha Schools Post-High Scholarship

Ke Ali‘i Pauahi Foundation
Privately-funded undergraudate degree scholarships for native Hawaiian students. Online applications will be available on March 1, 2006 on-line. Deadline is May 12, 2006.
Prince Kuhio Hawaiian Civic Club
Native Hawaiian high school senior or enrolled full-time in college. Applications available at EOC. Deadline: April 1, 2006.
Hana Imi Naauao Scholarship
Current tenant or decendent of the Keanae-Wailuanui Ahupua‘a attending any two or four-year post high institution or vocational trade school. 2.0 GPA or better. Applications at EOC. Deadline: April 15, 2006.
Portugese Association of Maui Open to Maui County high school seniors or MCC students of Portugese or part-Portugese decent. Deadline: March 31, 2006. Applications available to EOC and the Financial Aid Office.
Maui Puerto Rician Association Scholarship Open to Maui County high school seniors or MCC students of Puerto Rican or part-Puerto Rican decent. Deadline: March 31, 2006. Applications available to EOC and the Financial Aid Office.
HRSA: Health Resources and Services Administration Open to students training to become nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurse midwives and interested in participating in the National Health Services Corps Scholarship program. Application packet at EOC.
APIASF: Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund Open to Asian and/or Pacific Islanders that are US citizen, US national, permanent alien, or citizen of the Freely Associated States and enrolled in college for the first time in Fall 2006.
