The office of Vice Chancellor of Administrative Affairs provides administrative support services and activities for all organizational units, departments, students, staff, and faculty college-wide in order to enhance the institution’s student learning outcomes. The office develops and executes planning policies; coordinates the development of the long term, biennium, and annual operating budget; coordinates the development of the capital improvement and repairs and maintenance requests; projects tuition and fee revenues; executes budget plans; assists programs with budget management; prepares budget reports; and serves as Legislative liaison. |
