Students are assigned to an academic counselor based on their major

Most students meet with their counselor at least once or twice a semester. Examples of things you can discuss with academic counselors are (but not limited to): educational and career goals, program and course selection, transfer needs, personal concerns, and career counseling. Academic counselors are available to meet online via Zoom or phone during our regular business hours.

Personal Support Counselors

Maui College Personal Support Counselors are available to offer emotional and personal support during this season of changes, transitions and uncertainty. Personal Support Counselors are trained professionals in the mental health field. Confidential sessions are conducted via in-person, telehealth and phone.
