Our facility is currently in the design phase. It will be housed within the Pilina building, in the space which formerly served as the campus kitchen. The 3,600 square foot space will be converted into a state-of-the-art food production facility designed for shared use and equipped for test batches and production of wet, dry, hot and cold processed foods, as well as labeling and packaging. The facility will be available for commercial and community use on a fee basis. The illustration below shows the layout of the new facility.
