The Maui Food Innovation Center will be housed on the UHMC campus in Kahului.

The 3,600 square foot space will be converted into a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen designed for shared-use food processing and equipped for test batches and small-scale production of wet, dry, hot and cold processed foods, as well as labeling and packaging. The facility will be available for commercial and community use on a fee basis. The illustration below shows the layout of the new facility.
