High School Early Admit
We are currently accepting applications for Summer 2016.
The Ka Hikina O Ka Lā Early Admit Program is now accepting applications for the Summer 2016 semester.
The Early Admit program is an opportunity for Maui County high school students to earn college credits by completing coursework at the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College. The program focuses on students interested in pursuing careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and /or Hawaiian Studies. The goal of the Early Admit Program is to support students by providing early learning opportunities to receive college credits while still attending high school. By participating in the Early Admit Program we hope to reduce the time and expense of education beyond high school.

All applications will be reviewed and students will be selected depending on area of interest, availability of courses, and overall preparedness for college classes. By submitting an application you are not bound to any agreements with UHMC and can choose to withdraw from the Early Admit Program at any time prior to course registration. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Preference given to Maui County residents and individuals of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
