Each Regular Program Session includes study up to 18 hours per week. Each week, students attend multiple courses. Program courses include: Reading, Writing, Language Use, Speaking and Listening, and American Cultural Literacy. Students must be 18-years old by the first day of orientation. Courses are held Monday through Thursday, excluding United States and Hawaii State holidays. All tuition and fees are in U.S. dollars.

|2019 Application fee
Application Fee is ONE TIME only. Payment for this fee must be submitted with your application. Completed applications must be received by the Application & Tuition Payment Deadline. Applications may be waived for continuing MLI students only. Fee waivers may be available for Hawai`i State residents.
|2019 Regular Program Session Late Fees
An additional $150 late fee will be applied to application fees and tuition payments made after the Late Application and Tuition Payment deadlines. Application and tuition payments for F1 visa students will not be accepted after the Late Application and Tuition Payment deadlines.
|2019 UH ID / Email Fee
F1 visa students only. UH ID / Email fee is ONE TIME only. Payment for this fee must be submitted with your first tuition payment. this fee covers the cost for a University of Hawaii ID and email address. This fee is mandatory for all F1 visa students.
