Nursing Career Ladder Curriculum Map Accredited by: UHMC Statewide Nursing Program Note: 1) Health care students are required to complete University prescribed academic requirements that involve clinical practice in a University affiliated health care facility setting with no substitution allowable. Failure of a student to complete the prescribed clinical practice shall be deemed as not satisfying academic program requirements. It is the responsibility of the student to satisfactorily complete affiliated health care facility background checks and drug testing requirements in accordance with procedures and timelines as prescribed by the affiliated health care facility. 2) There is a $500 professional fee in addition to tuition and fees for each semester (including Summer) when enrolled in the PN/RN Nursing Program. 3) Admission requirements for Statewide nursing curriculum are established by each campus. Students are no longer admitted to the Traditional Nursing Program, which will graduate last class in 2012. Returning LPNs must be graduates of the Statewide Nursing Program Curriculum.
