Landlord Tenant Law

Learn your rights and responsibilities as a landlord and be familiar with the Landlord Tenant Code. Understand lease agreements and learn the procedures for evicting a tenant. Lynn A.S. Araki- Regan is an attorney appointed by Mayor Alan Arakawa to serve as economic development coordinator for the County of Maui. She is a member of the International Fellowship of Certified Collectors Executives, and past president of the Hawaiian Collectors Association.
