Each night of this introductory class, you will learn to create a balanced meal in one hour, using specific organic foods that have been known to help heal specific conditions. Learn to use sea vegetables, whole grains, beans and vegetables to create appetizing, satisfying dishes without dairy, animal foods or sugar - dishes that could improve your overall well-being.
