Students with tuition balances for the Fall 2009 will be purged from their classes if payment is not made by 4:00 pm on July 17.  Students registering between July 18 and August 7 will be purged at 4:00 pm on Aug 7 if they have balances as a result of registration between those dates.  Students with balances after August 7  will not be purged and will be responsible for payment of tuition and fess even if they do not attend the course(s).  Non-payment will result in a hold placed on your records and a failing grade for the course.  Eventually the financial obligation information will be turned over to a collection agency.

August 28         Last day for withdrawal with 100% refund

Sept 14            Erase period ends-Classes dropped by this date do not appear

Oct 9               Graduation Application Deadline

Oct 27             Last day to withdraw from classes with a “W” grade

Oct 27             Deadline for making up Spring 2009 Incomplete grades

Oct 27             Last day to select CR/NC grading option

Oct 27             Last day to select “Audit” grading option
