Aloha mai kakou!  Welcome to University of Hawai’i Maui College. Our goal is to help you make a smooth transition to college and to give you the best opportunity to register for classes, learn about the many resources available to you on campus, and meet other students.
New Student Orientation (NSO) is mandatory for all graduating Maui County High School seniors and will allow you to register for your classes. Please review our Checklist to make sure you have completed ALL steps prior to signing up and attending an NSO session.
CHANGE TO HEALTH CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:  ONLY MMR CLEARANCE IS NEEDED FOR NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT.  TB IS TEMPORARILY NOT REQUIRED.

Once you have completed the NSO checklist and have been admitted to UH Maui College, click here to view the NSO PowerPoint and then take the NSO Quiz.  Reserve at least 1 hour to view the presentation and take the quiz.  You must pass the quiz with a score of 80% or higher to sign up for an NSO advising session.  You may retake the quiz until you pass with a score of 80% or better.  If you would like to schedule an appointment with the Disabilities Counselor, please contact Lisa Deneen at 984-3306.
NSO SESSIONS Session 1: Academic Advising You will have the opportunity to register for your classes with the help of our counselors or other academic advisors. Session 2: Student Life at UHMC (August 14th & 15th 2013) Now that you have registered for your classes, get ready to learn about campus resources, meet other new students, and different ways to get involved with the UHMC community. These sessions are led by our UHMC Student Ambassadors.  You may sign up for these sessions during your academic advising. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Student Life at  984-3434.
