◊Payment Deadlines





Summer 2013


Summer registration begins on April 1, 2013. Students registering between April 1-May 17, 2013 have until 4:00 pm, May 17, 2013 to pay for their course(s). Without payment by that date, early Summer registrants will be purged from their course(s) (except for those on financial aid).

Students who register after May 17, 2013 will not have their registration purged for non-payment. These registrants are obligated to pay their tuition - unless they officially drop the course(s).

Students that were not full-time Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 may qualify for financial aid in the Summer, although your aid may not cover your full tuition costs.


Tuition and Fee Schedule — Tuition is charged for each academic credit.


  • Resident tuition: $248.00 per credit
  • Non-resident tuition: $357.00 per credit
  • Pacific islander tuition: $299.00 per credit
  • Upper division 300 and 400 level courses resident tuition: $248.00 per credit
  • Upper division 300 and 400 level courses non-resident tuition: $350.00 per credit
  • Remedial/Developmental/general classes resident tuition*: $101.00 per credit
  • Remedial/Developmental/general classes non-resident tuition*: $281.00 per credit
  • Technology fee $3.00 per credit
  • Health center fee $6.00
  • Change of registration fee: $5.00 beginning 1st day of class
  • Late registration fee for all summer terms: $10.00 beginning June 3, 2013 (1st day of first term)

*Includes Year-round programs Nursing, HOST, and Culinary Arts

Use one of the following payment methods: On-line credit card acH “check” payment is available through MyUH.


Pay in person at nearest University of Hawai‘i System cashiers Office, by cash, check or debit card. Tuition and fee Schedule— tuition is charged for each academic credit.


Refund Policy— the amount of refund for a class depends on the date of the beginning of the session and the date on which the student withdraws from the class. 100% tuition refund is available if withdrawal is made by the end of the last working day before the first day of instruction.



Fall 2013


Fall registration begins on April 8, 2013. Students registering between April 8-July 26, 2013 have until 4:00 pm, July 26, 2013 to pay for their course(s). Without payment by that date, early Fall registrants will be purged from their course(s) (except for those on financial aid and UH Installment Payment Plan).

Students who register after July 26, 2013 will not have their registration purged for non-payment. These registrants are obligated to pay their tuition - unless they officially drop the course(s).


Tuition and Fee Schedule — Tuition is charged for each academic credit.


  • Resident tuition: $106.00 per credit
  • Non-resident tuition: $304.00 per credit
  • Pacific islander tuition: $159.00 per credit
  • Upper division 300 and 400 level courses resident tuition: $258.00 per credit
  • Upper division 300 and 400 level courses non-resident tuition: $748.00 per credit
  • Student Activity Fee $2.00 per credit, $15.00 Maximum
  • Board of Student Publication Fee $4.00
  • Technology fee $3.00 per credit, $36.00 Maximum
  • Health center fee $8.00
  • Change of registration fee: $5.00 beginning 1st day of class

  1. Pay by credit card online: ACH “check” payment is available through MyUH Portal.
  2. Pay in person at nearest University of Hawai‘i System Cashier’s Office, by cash, check or debit card.
  3. Enroll in the UH Installment Payment Plan through MyUH Portal.
