The Personnel Department serves the employees, and candidates seeking employment to create a skilled and cohesive workforce that fully supports the College's mission of student success. This is accomplished by the department providing outstanding service in all areas of personnel, including recruitment services, administration of policies and procedures, comprehensive benefits, equitable classification and compensation programs, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
