Tow-In Surfing on Maui

The birth of tow-in surfing began on the reefs of Maui and has brought new meaning to the word "Jaws," the world famous big wave break. With the likes of residents, Laird Hamilton, the world has its eye focused on Maui when it comes to the evolution of tow surfing. Just 30 minutes from campus, Jaws is awesome to witness during the winter north swells.
