Create a dish for the Blue Zone’s Project Celebration.
Submit a recipe by 2:00PM Monday Aug 20, 2018 and pick up available HFM sponsored ingredients from
UHMC Personnel Office (Ho’okipa Building) while supplies last! (sweet potato, green zucchini, mushrooms, and pohole ferns.)
Contest is open to all UH Maui College staff, students and faculty.
Create a plant-based recipe based on Blue Zones Recipe Guidelines.
Recipe must include: Title, Ingredients and Easy-to-Follow directions.
NOTE: If you select sponsored items, items will need to be included in recipes and presentations
Deliver by 12:30PM Weds Aug 22, 2018 to UHMC Student Lounge, Pilina Bldg.
All display items, remaining food and equipment to be picked by 3:30PM.
Your Name, Recipe Title and Recipe placard.
Three (3) 3-oz presentations for judging and photos.
Twelve (12) 1 to 2 ounce portions for public tasting.
Recipes and photos to be used and released for public display and public media.
PRIZES AWARDED WILL BE BASED ON
