Meet Nā Leo’s former student editor Anela Brittain!

As Nā Leo’s editor, Anela is in charge of all communication with those who make submissions. They can be described as an empathic, easy-going, and diligent UHMC student who was born and raised in Kula, Maui. Anela is passionate about art, nature, culture, and activism. They were our student editor from Spring 2019 to Spring 2021.
