Topic: Forklift Class 4 Certification Training
Trainer: Wayne Nishida
Outcomes: Operators will be trained to understand safety, site inspection preparation, operation inspection, and proper operation of the forklift. The training will include hands-on practicum. Operators who complete this training satisfactory will receive a certification of training operator’s card and certificate in Class 4 forklift training.
All participants must have their own pen or pencil to write their notes and take their written exam. They must wear covered work boots or shoes, have their own safety glasses, and wear work clothing (no shorts) expecting to get dirty.
