FIRST YEAR EXPERIENCE
As a part of your First Year Experience here at UHMC, there are THREE STEPS you must complete before you embark on your journey:
- Online Orientation: All first year students are required to complete Online Orientation before they meet with an academic advisor: ONLINE ORIENTATION IS NOW LIVE (please click here). Should you need technical assistance, you are encouraged to email email@example.com as soon as possible. (You need a MyUH portal account to complete Online Orientation: click here to set it up).
- Academic Advising Appointment: After completing Online Orientation, students will receive a unique code that they will be asked for when they call the Counseling Office to schedule their mandatory academic advising appointment (808-984-3306).
- UHMC WELCOME: Thursday, August 18th 2016 on the UHMC Kahului Campus from 9am-1pm (breakfast will be served). Check-In begins at 8:45am. ALL STUDENTS MUST RSVP HERE!
Meet current students, faculty, and staff, learn about our academic programs and student support services, discover how to get involved on campus, and find out what makes our campus an exciting place to pursue your higher education goals! You are encouraged to arrive early! All new students are encouraged to attend! Please see the flier here.
