The UHMC Craft Hui offers UH Maui College employees a venue to expand their social circle at work to increase productivity and satisfaction. The Blue Zones Project suggests that expanding employee networks and connecting with broader groups (moais) builds healthy and lasting relationships. Led by UHMC Fashion Technology Program Coordinator Cheryl Maeda, current and former Maui College employees transcend the craft projects they create to form a healthier work environment and long-term well-being.
