The UHMC Wellness Hui and Social Committee would like to thank their colleagues (and their families!) for attending the hiking event! Thank you to Neil Stotts for his leadership – we learned a lot about the history of the Waihou Spring Trail area, as well as interesting and important hiking tips and etiquette! We had so much fun exploring, focusing on fitness, and getting better acquainted with our colleagues!
