∗ COURSE 2: THE FUNDAMENTALS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Dates: April 5, 12, 26, May 3, 10, 2019
Facilitator: Theodore Chiasson
Objective: This series of five sessions will introduce participants to key concepts in Project Management. Participants will learn how to employ industry best practices to manage project delivery in terms of scope, time, cost and quality. Participants will learn techniques to plan a project and estimate its costs, resource needs, and duration and to manage a project to achieve its deliverables. Project change control and risk management will also be covered.

Objective: This high interactive session will help you to increase your personal credibility, apply specific behaviors that increase trust, and elarn to engage and inspire your team.
