When faced with challenges out of our control, how can we collectively accept and manage the change that is certain to come? Whether it is COVID, a demographic shift, or the rise of social media, ʻĪao School seeks to thrive (not just survive) in a state of perpetual flux. With attention to systems, mindsets and a common vision, I will share our efforts to “Grow with the Flow” in 2020.
