- Academic Support – Strategies (STAR and Early Alert) for connecting with students early and often prior to Early Alert and Kakoʻo strategies for connecting students with support services (Kulamanu Ishihara, Kristine Korey-Smith, Helelani Hedani, Kealii Ballao)
- 12:30 pm – Kaʻao Lesson Examples and Kaʻao Integration (Taupouri Tangarō, Liping Liu, Lorelle Peros, Tom Blamey and Derek Snyder)
- 1:00 pm – Career Exploration – referral to career counselor, sample lesson big and small ideas and training on basic career exploration tools (Juli Patao, Wayne Aguiran, Mike Takemoto)

Overload
We are offering an overload of $250. for participation and submission of reflection on the 11-5-21 FYE Faculty Check-In for all who qualify (9-month faculty, lecturers, APT who take leave without pay for the hours of the training session) with payment in Summer 2022. The completion of this evaluation will serve as the required reflection. Please submit your request for overload, if you have not done so and the evaluation survey (reflection) by November 19, 2021. Payment will be submitted in the summer of 2022. Thank you.
