TPRC Meeting

Date: December 8,2023

Some of the things that came up were:

  • Differing philosophies or review practices with faculty from other campuses or how they view asking for additional information. You should maintain your/our  campus philosophy or practices and do not hesitate to ask for additional information if needed.
  • If asking for additional information and more time is needed to review the document, it can be granted. Still, we must be mindful of the timelines. Reminders will be sent if needed.
  • Anonymity in this process must be maintained. If you come across a link or file that is not accessible, DO NOT request for access. This request will go directly to the file owner or applicant. Request for additional information or a copy of the file be emailing Kathy.
  • Conveners are indicated on the TPRC appointment memo, but this does not mean you are automatically the Chair. The Convener shall coordinate the first meeting and members will then elect/agree on a Chair.
