Using MyUH Portal To Check My Status

• Check For Missing Requirements
• Review Your Academic Status for Financial Aid
• Accept Your Awards
• Review Active Messages
• Check Student Account

Check For Missing Requirements

1. Log onto your MyUHPortal at https://myuh.hawaii.edu
   (If you have not setup your MyUH account, go to the MyUH webpage at https://myuh.hawaii.edu and search for “UH Username”. In the search results, click on “Check Status of UH Username”; then click on the link * Get a UH username to create your account)
2. Search “View My Financial Aid Information” and click on the search result “View My Financial Aid Information (All campuses)”
3. Click on the Financial Aid tab
4. Click on Student Requirements
5. Select the Aid Year (i.e. Maui CC Aid Year 2010-11)and then click Submit

**The items labeled “Not Satisfied” or “Incomplete” are requirements that need your attention.You need to take action on these items.

***Also, in most cases you should be able to click on the link to print out the required form for completion.

Review Your Academic Status for Financial Aid

1. Log onto your MyUH portal (myuh.hawaii.edu)
   (If you have not setup your MyUH account, go to the MyUH webpage at https://myuh.hawaii.edu and search for “UH Username”. In the search results, click on “Check Status of UH Username”; then click on the link * Get a UH username to create your account)
2. Search “View My Financial Aid Information” and click on the search result “View My Financial Aid Information (All campuses)”
3. Click on the Financial Aidtab
4. Click on Academic Progress
5. Select Maui College and the Aid Year(i.e. UH Maui College Aid Year 2012-13)
6. Click onSubmit

Accept Your Awards

1. Log onto your MyUH portal (myuh.hawaii.edu)
   (If you have not setup your MyUH account, go to the MyUH webpage at https://myuh.hawaii.edu and search for “UH Username”. In the search results, click on “Check Status of UH Username”; then click on the link * Get a UH username to create your account)
2. Search “View My Financial Aid Information” and click on the search result “View My Financial Aid Information (All campuses)”
3. Click on the Financial Aid tab
4. Click on Award by aid year
5. Select the Aid Year (i.e. Maui CC Aid Year 2010-11) and then click Submit
6. Click on the Terms & Conditions tab, read and accept the terms
7. Click on the Accept Award Offer tab
8. Read instructions and accept/decline all awards.

Review Active Messages

1. Log onto your MyUH portal (myuh.hawaii.edu)
   (If you have not setup your MyUH account, go to the MyUH webpage at https://myuh.hawaii.edu and search for “UH Username”. In the search results, click on “Check Status of UH Username”; then click on the link * Get a UH username to create your account)
2. Search “View My Financial Aid Information” and click on the search result “View My Financial Aid Information (All campuses)”
3. Click on the Financial Aid tab
4. Click on Award by Aid Year
5. Click on Active Messages

Check Student Account

1. Log onto your MyUH portal (myuh.hawaii.edu)
   (If you have not setup your MyUH account, go to the MyUH webpage at https://myuh.hawaii.edu and search for “UH Username”. In the search results, click on “Check Status of UH Username”; then click on the link * Get a UH username to create your account)
2. Click on the “Student” tab, then click on View Charges/Make Payment
3. Scroll down and click View My Account (charges and payments) for each term

**The first item listed next to Summary Account Balance is how much you’ve been charged for tuition and fees
