Faculty, Staff, and Students of Maui College may use the online version of Office 365.

**Maui College does not have a contract with Microsoft, therefore, we do not have the legal, full right to download Office 365.

If there is an active UH faculty, staff or student affiliated with the following eligible campuses listed below, then they are qualified to legally download and install the full version of the Microsoft Office 365 applications. Please have them contact their campus for more information on how to get the software.

  • Honolulu Community College (HCC)
  • Leeward Community College (LCC)
  • Windward Community College (WCC)

Users that are not affiliated to these campuses do not have the legal right to use the full version of the Office 365 applications. If they choose to download and install the software, they do so at their own risk. Microsoft periodically verifies the licensing and if found in non-compliance, they will be subject to purchase the subscription or full version of the software.
