After developing the first draft of the strategic plan through campus and community review, and reassessing needs and resources, an appendix was developed with our strategic plan. Due to the August 2023 wildfires and the timeline gap they created, we paused our planning process, which also contributed to the development of this comprehensive appendix. This appendix includes three important parts: a facilities plan that covers our building and space needs, an enrollment management plan that helps us grow responsibly and support our students, and a program development plan that ensures our programs meet current demands and fit our mission. Together, these plans work alongside our strategic plan to guide our organization forward.
