The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a federally-funded TRiO program that offers free college admissions, financial aid advising, and career exploration to Maui County residents and high school seniors.

Services are FREE and available to low-income, first-generation-college students and veterans, who are not currently enrolled in college and who have not yet earned a bachelor’s degree. Each year we accept more than 1,400 participants who we help to enroll in college and begin their college careers.

The EOC is located at the University of Hawai`i Maui College in the Ho’okipa building.

The Moloka`i office serves residents on Moloka`i and Lana`i and is located at The Moloka`i Education Center on Moloka`i.
