The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a federally-funded TRIO program that helps Maui County adults and COLLEGE-READY high school seniors enroll in college or into other post-secondary education on Maui or elsewhere. Services are FREE and available to low-income, first-generation-to-college individuals, and veterans, who are not currently enrolled in college and who have not yet earned a bachelor’s degree. Our job is to help you access college and financial aid resources to become successful. Each year we accept more than 1,400 participants who we help to enroll in college and begin their college careers. EOC is located at the University of Hawai`i Maui College (UHMC) and at the UH Maui College Moloka`i Education Center on Moloka`i.  The Moloka`i office serves residents on Moloka`i and Lana`i. Appointments are available on an individual, group, or outreach basis.
