Picture Taking Update:
We are officially less than one month away from Graduation…CONGRATULATIONS!
Here is the much-anticipated update on picture taking. All participants will have a scheduled time to report for picture taking. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend your scheduled time, you must contact the Student Life office to discuss alternatives. Walk-ups will not be allowed, so please be sure to stick to your scheduled appointment time.
Time slots will be organized by the first letter of your last name. Please meet on the great lawn in front of the Pilina building no earlier than 10 min before your scheduled picture time. ALL students on campus will be required to wear a mask at all times, with the exception of when you are taking your picture. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT A MASK.

Congratulatory emails have been sent to all graduating students who submitted and paid for their graduation application. These emails include the following:
- Commencement Information
- Information on Purchasing Regalia, Announcements, and Photos
- Special Accommodations

With the intent of including as many participants as possible, we have decided to allow alternative options for approved attire. There will be three permissible options:
- Traditional Regalia (Cap and Gown)
- Kihei over Aloha/Business attire (request in advance if you do not have your own kihei)
- Official Program Uniforms (Programs will communicate specific requirements)
Culinary, Nursing, and Dental Hygiene are currently approved and additional departments may be approved upon request.

- Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) items are still pending as we are working with Ellen on the best way to offer these items to PTK students.

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping orders so students will need to provide a street address for their order to be delivered to as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box or military APO address.

Order Your Announcements:
All orders are normally handled by the Herff Jones Company, but due to most of the country hosting virtual ceremonies of some sort, they have not been offering this service, but we are attempting to organize this specifically for our commencement….stay tuned.
The photos we will be taking will be used in our online ceremony, so the intent was to have them look as professional as possible and will be at no cost to graduates. You will though, be able to order from Nagamine if you would like some for keepsake purposes. We realize that not everyone will be able to attend one of the scheduled sessions, as Moloka’i and Lana’i will be included so we will be allowing you to submit your own picture if needed. Picture appointments will be scheduled on May 14-15, 2020.

The safety of our students and staff are of utmost importance and at the forefront of all of our decisions. With that said, the student lounge will be utilized in a manner which adheres to all current safety precautions, including strict social distancing guidelines and the required use of a mask, with the exception of when you are taking your actual picture.
